We are developing Comet i-NICs (Intelligent NICs) and a Comet NP (Network Processor) to realize protocol processing off-load and high-speed protocol processing. Currently we have the Comet NP chips and three kinds of the i-NICs: Comet i-NIC-1, Comet i-NIC-2 and Comet DVIP-PCI. We also have Comet-BOX, a compact box which has a Comet i-NIC and realizes DVIP without PC.
